Check out the flavors recommended by our Chef Przemysław Kobiela for the Christmas Eve feast!
At the Christmas Eve table, you will find plenty of treats, but we especially recommend a few favorite dishes. Among others:
- Delicious salmon fillet marinated in bison grass, served with beets, homemade orange confit, and a light sunflower sprout salad.
- Red borscht with a hint of garlic and burnt marjoram.
- Dumplings with homemade cabbage and forest mushrooms.
- Beetroot pechotto with Korycin cheese
- Deep fish soup with roasted vegetables
- Roasted sauerkraut with mushrooms
- Cabbage rolls with lentils, with Italian tomatoes and mushrooms

December 25 CHRISTMAS DAY
In the menu you will find, among others:
- Red borscht with pasties
- Beef cheeks in mushroom sauce
- Salmon baked in red pesto
- Rabbit thighs stewed in fine wine and tarragon
- Homemade classic chicken broth with noodles

Here our Restaurant takes great care to keep the holiday from being boring. The buffet dinner will offer a selection for the most discerning Guests. Among our proposals you will find, among others:
- Pea soup with parsley and crispy puff pastry balls
- Dumplings with spinach and blue cheese
- Pike-perch fillet with garlic butter
- Warm cabbage with honey and cinnamon
- Gnocchi with sun-dried tomatoes, spinach and black truffle sauce
- Turkey escalopes in beer batter
