Gift Voucher (Amount)

1. Vouchers can be redeemed for accommodation, gastronomy, and SPA services.
2. The Voucher holder is obliged to present it to the reception of Hotel Belweder upon check-in.
3. Issued Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. The issued Voucher must be used within 12 months from the date of issue.
5. The hotel reserves the right to refuse to accept a Voucher for redemption if it is damaged (torn, wrinkled, soiled) in a way that prevents identification.
6. In case of no-show or cancellation of a reservation made with the Voucher, it will be considered used.  
7. The hotel does not give change for payments below the value of the Voucher.
8. Change of stay date is possible with 7 days' notice.
