Fresh and light burrata

Delicate and melting burrata, distinctive ajvar which is a Balkan paste made from roasted vegetables, based on sweet peppers, eggplants, and garlic. Along with that, refreshing fresh and subtly flavored fig, sun-ripened cherry tomatoes, and rich, aromatic flavored olive oil made by us. A combination that is both fresh and satisfying.

The ideal composition if you are looking for a light yet balanced dish for spring or a hot day.

Fresh fish in the mountains?

Of course. Our suppliers ensure sustainable supply chains and consistent product quality.

Additionally, it is worth remembering that the Silesian Voivodeship is known for carp, outstanding trout from the Vistula River, and even sturgeon. If you don’t yet know what a palia is, it’s worth asking our Head Chef.

We include these delicious treasures of local cuisine on our menu and buffets – not only as standalone dishes but also as accents.

Tender lamb shank

Crispy and perfectly baked herb-crusted meat on the bone, aromatic and juicy, yet with a slightly rustic flavor – balanced by fresh young broad beans. Their firmness and color represent the best of spring dishes, and additionally help balance the portion – because we like not only delicious but also healthy food.

Alongside, velvety and buttery truffle potato purée. And madeira sauce, but with our own twist.

Local products combined with seasonal trends are what we love the most. The portion is generous, making it a real treat for #meatlovers, but don’t worry – there’s still room for dessert!

Belweder Meringue

A dessert that has been with us for years, although it changes somewhat with the seasons. We have been baking this meringue for nearly 10 years!

What will you find this time? Lightness and sweetness along with seasonal fruits - refreshing, light, and delicious, immersed in a blueberry cream and chocolate sweetness.

Something that has been a fun part of our menu for a long time, and now at your request. Salmon. It stays with us for the new season, though in a slightly modified form.

Accompanied by juicy spinach, served on aromatic risotto. Topped with tomato sauce, full of herbs and, at the same time, omega acids and the healthiest components found in fish included.

We care about the sources of our supplies, so you don’t have to worry about the quality of our fish.
