At the Christmas Eve table, you will find plenty of treats, but we especially recommend a few favorite dishes. Among others:

  • Delicious salmon fillet marinated in bison grass, served with beets, homemade orange confit, and a light sunflower sprout salad.
  • Red borscht with a hint of garlic and burnt marjoram.
  • Dumplings with homemade cabbage and forest mushrooms.
  • Beetroot pechotto with Korycin cheese
  • Deep fish soup with roasted vegetables
  • Roasted sauerkraut with mushrooms
  • Cabbage rolls with lentils, with Italian tomatoes and mushrooms

In the menu you will find, among others:

  • Beef cheeks in mushroom sauce
